We are excited that you are considering joining our Tri-City family! Applications are considered based on standard information collected during the application process to access the most qualified applicant. Submitting an application DOES NOT "hold" a particular property and applications are not first come, first serve. In the event of multiple applications submitted for the same address, the landlord will consider all applicants and make a decision based on qualifying criteria. Your application will be accepted for any property within our company; therefore a new application for each property is not necessary.
Single-Income applications require the primary applicant to be listed on the lease and all other parties will be listed as occupants. If a spouse, roommate, etc. would like to be listed as a responsible party on the lease, they are required to submit their application and pay the application fee so their background and credit history can be processed for consideration.
Dual-Income applications, (applications that require two incomes to qualify) will require a separate application for each person who will be held responsible for the lease.
Applications cannot be processed without the application fee being paid. Once the application is completed and the application fee has been paid, a notification will be sent to our office for processing.
